This picture was taken at the Tonopah Test Range during 1991 just after the project went from 'Black' to a 'Gray' designation after the invasion of Grenada, and just prior to the deployment to the battles of Desert Storm.

The crew pictured represent some of the construction and maintenance people assigned to the wing during that period, most of those pictured represent people I spent approximately seven years in association, all of whom I was proud to work with. I am in the first row, second from right.
